Hey Kelly and Mom!! So where are you guys? Kelly what do you think of it so far? Like my mom said, I finished it. I liked it, I will agree with my mom in the fact that I did not LOVE it like I did Kite Runner. But I thought it was fascinating to read a story about a life that is soo foriegn to us. I ordered 2 books from Amazon both were like $3.00, if you are interested let me know. One is called Boss and is about the different ethnic cultures in Chicago. Its written by a columnist so I heard it's a different kind of read and is very interesting. The next is called There is No Such Thing as The Freedom of Speech: and thats a good thing. And the last book I hve right now is Little Earthquakes by Jennifer Weiner. I'm guessing Kelly, that the last book I've mentioned is the one you'd want to read out of the three. If there is a book you're thinking about for sure let me know!!!! I picked the first one anyway!!

I've read 40 pgs so far. I hope the whole book isn't so depressing. Jenn has finished reading it. I'll try to have read 100 pages by this Fri so we can discuss it. As far as true stories go I definitely thought "Kite Runner" was a better book- I couldn't put it down!
